I like the products and find quality very good. I was disappointed when I found "Free Shipping" also required a surcharge of 15 dollars. I just found out it was an issue of my rural area caused the 15 dollar charge. Graciously, as Spinlife does, refunded the 15 dollars. Surprised and pleased.

The website was pretty organized, but sometimes it was difficult trying to add accessories. Maybe you should list all available accessories for the actual large item that is being purchased that way you could peruse the items get the information and click the check box. You did add four items, but there were other things that were of interest. But the best thing is Todd. Kessler was very helpful in making sure I got what I wanted and added to my quote and then we reviewed it in real time in went to check out so great experience thank you to Todd.

So far Spinlife is great. I haven't gotten my chair yet so I'll have to update it then for that but ordering it was relatively easy. I messed up on two parts of the order and they e-mailed me to help me fix it. So far I am very happy with the company I chose to go through.

The controls are very easy to use and come on a nice long coiled cord. The lift feature makes it so easy to get him in and out of the chair and he has no trouble finding a comfortable position. The cloth material is soft to the touch and easy to care for, seems durable.
