Ease of website usage. Able to use Bread for payments and easy to understand the payment plan. Easy to understand the item that I was searching for. Although it would be easier to understand whether there was a charger included with the chair or not. I was unable to see if it was included or not by the photos and description.

It is light and I can manage to load it by myself. I like the handles, two batteries,  I can stand it up on back so I have more room. Wish there was phone holder with cup holder. No screws or bolts to undo to fold. Handles and spring pins to operate with. Very person friendly.
