Anatomy of a Scooter
Most scooters are made of a chassis with 3 or 4 wheels, a motor, a battery-pack, and a raised seat. At the front of the scooter is a tiller – a steering column combined with easy-to-use controls like the ignition switch, acceleration and reverse levers, battery gauge, etc. Surrounding these elements is a protective body called a shroud.
